BluePrinting: We develop Phase-1 concept arrays across all parameters of the project scope, using proprietary marketplace methodologies, allowing us to gather key consumer trend/preference insights. During BluePrinting, we also Reconfirm/Redefine the creative scope and Crystalize the final concept deliverable-criteria.
Expanding We create/expand Phase-1 concept array possibilities, increasing the breadth of marketplace explorations, along with Consumer Core Driver exercises that allow concept creation through selected consumer lenses/perspectives. Concept Expanding is driven by remixing and adding category attribute possibilities both inside and outside the category.
Perfecting: We synthesize and re-create Phase-2 concept arrays through additional consumer perspective exercises: Deconstructing, validating and prioritizing concept attributes: features, benefits, configurations, formulations/functionality, ingredients, messaging, and packaging. Depending on the project scope, we may also use proprietary Consumer Rapid-React methodologies to further perfect and validate concept attributes/configuration, components/ingredients, messaging, and packaging.
